Helping a cybersecurity firm build an identity as strong as its expertise
Cybersecurity is complex enough. The brand explaining it shouldn't be.
For Logic Layers, the opportunity was to turn technical expertise into a brand that felt clear, credible and considered, without falling into the visual clichés the category has accumulated along the way.
The result was more than an identity. It was a system designed to carry the same story from first impression to sales conversation and beyond.

The Thinking
Cybersecurity brands have an unusual job.
They need to communicate technical capability without overwhelming people with technical language.
They need to inspire confidence without resorting to fear. And they need to make an inherently complicated service feel surprisingly easy to navigate.
So the question wasn't simply:
What should Logic Layers look like?
It was:
How do we make the expertise easier to understand, trust and act on?
The answer began with clarity.
A clearer proposition.
A clearer service structure.
A clearer path through the brand.
Because the brand couldn't just signal expertise.
It had to organise it.
The Identity
The visual identity followed the same principle as the strategy: reduce the noise and make the expertise easier to recognise.
Rather than borrowing the familiar visual language of cybersecurity, we developed a system around structure, precision and clarity.
The result is an identity that feels:
Confident, not intimidating.
Technical, not cryptic.
Distinctive, not theatrical.
Typography, colour, graphic elements and layout were designed to work together as a recognisable system rather than relying on the logo to do all the work.
Trust doesn't always need a shield.

The Making
Once the identity was established, the job was to make sure it survived contact with the real world.
The system was extended across the places where Logic Layers would actually need to communicate: from its digital presence to sales and client-facing material.
The work included:
Brand strategy & messaging · Visual identity · Website experience · Sales presentation · Proposal system · Assessment report · Capability collateral · Social assets
Each application could do a different job without inventing a different version of the brand.
One story. Different moments.

The Outcome
The end result wasn't simply a new visual identity.
It was a more cohesive system for how Logic Layers could look, communicate and show up across different moments, giving the brand a clearer and more consistent foundation to build from.
The expertise was already there. The work gave it a more coherent way to travel.
CLEARER STORY.
STRONGER SYSTEM.
